Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an IV Therapy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients, ensuring a high level of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) credential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Unit-specific RN attributes, please refer to the specific clinical unit.
