About the RoleAs a Center Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and supervision of services at our assigned center. You will possess a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development, as well as facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and operational leadership to the team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- Manage center finances and resources
- Collaborate with regional director and market manager to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment
- A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting, with supervisory experience preferred
