Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OBGYN Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic. In this role, you will work within the OB/GYN Institutes ultrasound department, performing high-quality ultrasound exams and assisting physicians with procedures.

About the Role:

  • Perform obstetric ultrasounds on patients to include high-risk patients.
  • Accurately complete reports, communicate findings, and assist physicians with procedures.
  • Teach and train sonographers, students, fellows, and residents.
  • Review patient history prior to exam.
  • Communicate exam process to patients.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and in good standing.
  • Registered Diagnostic Sonographer (RDMS) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of OBGYN women's health ultrasound experience or three years of ultrasound experience.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
