Job Summary

Bright Bay Auto Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Ford/Lincoln Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical system problems.

  • Test-drive vehicles to ensure that repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer required training and certifications to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • Ford/Lincoln certification is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong automotive background and experience working with Ford and Lincoln vehicles.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
