State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care. Today's Nursing Assistants are the future LPNs and RNs.

We currently have immediate openings for STNAs on Day & Night Shifts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Supporting residents with mobility and positioning
  • Transporting residents as needed
  • Responding promptly to resident calls
  • Monitoring, reporting, and reacting to changes in resident health
  • Documenting care in the resident's electronic medical record
  • Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions
  • Helping residents during meal times
Qualifications Required:
  • Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Strong documentation abilities; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
  • Proven work history with excellent attendance
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elderly care
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in need of assistance
