Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a $2000 sign-on bonus paid out over the first 12 months of employment. This applies to experienced flatbed and van drivers. Additionally, van driver trainees can earn up to $58,000 in their first year, while exp. van drivers can earn between $72-$78k per year. Similarly, flatbed driver trainees can earn up to $61,000 in their first year, and exp. flatbed drivers can earn between $85-$100k per year.

All our trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art features, including automatic transmissions, EpicVue in-cab Direct TV, and APUs. Our lease purchase program offers an attractive option for drivers interested in purchasing a truck with no money down, no credit check, and no balloon payment at the end of the lease. Drivers are paid for all miles, both empty and loaded, plus fuel surcharge and bonuses. The mileage rate for vans is $1.15 per mile, and for flatbeds, it's $1.25 per mile.
