Job Title: CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc.

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients for optimal image quality and safety
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the radiologist
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • ARRT certification in Computed Tomography
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 1+ year of experience in radiology or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
