With over 70 years of experience in property management, we pride ourselves on maintaining beautiful communities across multiple states, including Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a service team to ensure the efficient upkeep and repair of our properties. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC will be crucial in delivering top-notch service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in various areas including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Oversee scheduling and supervision of in-house and vendor work.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members to address emergency maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant trade experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in apartment maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures.
  • EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal) is required.
  • Proficient in using business software for managing work orders and communication.
  • Valid Driver's License and necessary tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Background checks will be conducted.

Working Conditions:
