About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and preparation for our vehicles.


Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Sanitize Vehicle Interiors: Thoroughly clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and consoles, to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards.
  • Vacuum and Prepare Vehicle Interiors: Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors, including cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Exterior Vehicle Cleaning: Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks, to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Preparation: Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns, report any warning lights or damage, and prepare vehicles for rental by our customers.
  • Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area: Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the branch location, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Seek Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, and goal setting.
  • Reliable Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality to ensure seamless operations.
  • Miscellaneous Job-Related Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to support the team and ensure the success of our operations.

Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Driver's License: The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment-based work permit or other work authorization document.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Residency Requirement: Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from this location.
  • Work Experience: Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
