Job Overview

Craguns Resort on Gull Lake is expanding its maintenance team and is seeking dedicated individuals to support our operations.

We are committed to excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment that requires fundamental skills in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic electrical work. We provide excellent resort benefits along with FLEXIBLE scheduling options.

Available Positions:

  • Daytime Maintenance (7am-3:30pm)
  • Evening Maintenance (3pm-11pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently complete assigned maintenance tasks throughout the resort.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Assist with on-site property projects as directed.
  • Operate various grounds equipment, including forklifts and tractors/loaders.
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities related to resort infrastructure.
  • Address guest-related requests promptly.

This position is full-time and year-round, available for either 1st or 2nd shift, with rotational weekend duties. (Part-time seasonal roles are also available.)

Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
