Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a reputable group of Neonatologists and fellow NNPs in the Tyler, TX region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Work schedule includes seven 24-hour shifts within a 28-day cycle
- Position available at a smaller healthcare facility in the Tyler area
- NICU services provided by NNPs and Neonatologists
- Average daily census has been 24 neonates over the past six months
- Attend deliveries for premature infants, twins, or high-risk cases
- Average of 5 deliveries per day
Compensation:
- Attractive salary with a 5% annual quality bonus
- 2.5% of base salary paid biannually
- Negotiable sign-on bonus available
