Job Title: Assistant Professor Position in Translational Research and Developmental Therapeutics

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Professor to join our team at Penn State University College of Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in translational research and developmental therapeutics, with a focus on epigenetics and 3D chromatin organization.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct complex experiments to analyze epigenomic regulation of gene expression in normal and malignant cells
* Perform ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag, RNA-SEQ, ATAC-seq, GRO-seq, Hi-C, Hi-ChIP, 3-C, and other techniques in normal and malignant cells
* Collaborate with our team to develop novel treatments for pediatric malignancies
* Publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals

Requirements:

* PhD in hand by start date
* Experience with some of the above techniques is highly desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
