About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Supervisor to join our team. As the Home Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, leading, controlling, and evaluating our home care services. Our ideal candidate is an energetic individual with a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to our seniors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and maintain effective communication with parent and affiliate departments to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Develop policies and guidelines through collaboration with service personnel, aiming to enhance administrative systems.
  3. Offer professional input to improve administrative systems and enhance overall efficiency.
  4. Conduct intake meetings and establish personalized care plans for home care clients and their families.
  5. Direct and supervise the delivery of client care services by professional and paraprofessional staff.
  6. Contribute to marketing efforts and foster positive public relations for the company to expand our reach.
  7. Consult and collaborate with home care facilities to address staffing needs and ensure optimal service delivery.
  8. Effectively communicate the concept of quality client care to the community, fostering trust and strong relationships.
  9. Be readily available during all service hours to address any concerns or emergencies.
  10. Perform skilled nursing visits and provide necessary assistance to patients during facility discharges.

Requirements:
  1. Hold a valid PT, RN, or LPN license, showcasing professional qualifications in the field.
  2. Possess extensive experience in home care or a related field, demonstrating expertise in the industry.
  3. Showcase strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing a team.
  4. Display excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  5. Familiarity with regulatory licensure and certification criteria, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work environments, exhibiting flexibility.
