Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with TotalMed Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education on disease management and prevention.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.

• 1+ year of experience in home health or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
