IT Director

CFS Technology, a leading IT staffing solution, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a key role in supporting our client's Information Technology Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of a new ERP system
• Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure and systems
• Lead a team of IT professionals in different locations
• Research and plan upgrades and maintenance of current infrastructure
• Collaborate with executives to drive company growth from a technology perspective
• Train staff on the latest market trends and technologies
• Communicate effectively with both onsite and remote employees

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience with maintaining an IT infrastructure
• Experience working in a multi-site organization
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience presenting to executive level employees
• Ability to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
