We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing lean methodologies, and ensuring consistent optimization of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Track and measure performance metrics to assess project outcomes and sustainability.
  • Partner with plant leadership to align continuous improvement initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent performance.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for process-related issues.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and expertise to plant employees to ensure long-term success of improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven approaches to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience in a plant-based role with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
