Position Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our team.

The technician will play a crucial role in diagnosing, servicing, and fixing mechanical systems within our operations.

Core Duties
  • Promote a secure working environment by prioritizing safety practices and adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Oversee the upkeep of processing and packaging machinery, including pumps, conveyors, and various mechanical components.
  • Execute welding, cutting, and the assembly and disassembly of equipment.
  • Employ hand and power tools effectively for maintenance activities.
  • Be prepared to work in shifts as required.
  • Maintain consistent attendance as per the work schedule.
Qualifications
  • Technical certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in maintaining processing and packaging machinery.
  • Familiarity with vibration analysis, laser alignment, and lubrication techniques.
  • Strong computer literacy and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in sugar manufacturing processes is advantageous.
