Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain sophisticated BI reports, dashboards, and visual representations to furnish actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Examine complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Engage with business units to comprehend their data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Create and execute BI solutions utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
  • Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to guarantee precise and timely data availability.
  • Assess and enhance the performance of BI systems and applications, proposing improvements and optimizations.
  • Offer training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices for data analysis.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and advancements in BI technology, integrating new tools and methodologies as suitable.
  • Compile and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management, emphasizing key insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and best practices in data visualization.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud-based BI solutions is a plus.
