Bus Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bus Person to join our team at Peppermill & Western Village. As a Bus Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet each guest warmly, make eye contact, and engage in conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the dining room is neat, clean, and well-stocked, and that tables are cleared and reset efficiently.
• Provide Beverage Service: Offer initial and ongoing beverage service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to Appearance and Uniform Standards: Maintain a high level of personal grooming and adhere to our uniform standards at all times.
• Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• A minimum of six months' bussing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
