About the Role:

The Paralegal will provide administrative and technical support to attorneys, including document preparation, research, and case coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with document preparation, research, and case coordination
• Interview clients and witnesses, prepare summaries of their statements, and maintain client files
• Organize attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and anticipate changes in litigation or transaction preparation requirements
• Develop and maintain records of billable hours spent on specific cases
