**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a per diem LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to students in a school-based setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess students at the First Aid Center using a triage approach
  • Record vital signs and document progress
  • Observe students self-administering medications and document findings
  • Oversee the medication observation process and perform treatments as ordered by providers
  • Respond to medical emergencies on campus and document essential findings in the student's medical record
  • Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team and attend meetings as requested
  • Adhere to established protocols and procedures, and manage supplies and inventory in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Work with students who have physical, mental, and developmental disabilities, and administer nursing care in a school-based setting

**Requirements:**

  • LPN State License
  • BLS/CPR Certification
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Card
