We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team at Mountain Creperie OG LLC as a Cashier/Barista/Line Cook/Prep. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning various roles within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, answer questions about menu items and food allergies, and provide assistance with orders.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service, learn all roles, and be able to work in different positions.
  • Food Preparation: Operate an espresso machine, prepare coffee drinks according to menu/recipes, and follow safety and security protocols.
  • Point of Sale (POS) System: Understand and handle various tenders, including cash, credit, and debit cards.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, providing excellent service, and handling cash transactions.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to ensure seamless service and resolve customer issues.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction, to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy.
