bJob Summary:/b We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing express lube duties on vehicles, adhering to express lube guidelines, and ensuring that vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.brbrbKey Responsibilities:/bulliPerform lube, oil, and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating all joints./liliReport all necessary repairs to the service advisor./liliInstall completed LOF reminder stickers in vehicles./liliCheck battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid levels and refill as needed./liliCheck coolant levels and refill as necessary./liliMaintain CSI at or above Company standards./liliMaintain an organized, clean, and safe work area./liliParticipate in required training./liliRecord all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system./liliFollow Safeguards rules and regulations./liliDemonstrate the Company's Core Values./liliComply with Company policies and procedures./liliObserve all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties./li/ulbrbRequirements:/bulliBachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field./liliValid driver's license./liliBasic computer skills to utilize timekeeping system./liliAbility to understand and follow instructions./liliAbility to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel./li/ulbrbWork Environment:/b The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Duties are performed primarily in the service area. Work includes movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions. Frequently interacts with service advisors and the service manager.
