We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to our members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized cafe area, restock supplies, and ensure seamless service.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure that all products are properly stored and rotated.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our members.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stored and rotated.
