Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team at Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. As a key member of our plumbing services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of work quality in all aspects of plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert plumbing services to residential customers, including routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize a range of tools and equipment, including electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, drain machines, and propress.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Document all work processes and outcomes in detail.
  • Supervise and mentor Apprentice Plumbers as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand technical instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.
  • Accurate diagnostics ability and ability to explain technical information to clients.
  • Computer knowledge and ability to apply necessary software tools for plumbing duties.
