We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team at Everline Resort & Spa. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing food orders, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Everline Resort & Spa is a premier mountain getaway in California's Olympic Valley, offering year-round destination activities, including ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, championship golf, relaxing spa treatments, and various recreational pursuits. Our sophisticated lodge environment reflects the region's spirit, providing a unique blend of elegance and rugged charm.

Our on-site restaurants offer diverse culinary options, from casual dining at Sandy's Pub to fine dining at Six Peaks Grille. Additional amenities include heated swimming pools, a 150-foot water slide, scenic hiking trails, fly-fishing centers, cross-country ski trails, and a private ice-skating rink available to guests during the winter season.

Responsibilities

  • Manage food orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Requirements

  • Two years of previous experience providing customer service, preferably in a similar setting, with a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer, and Food Service.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including Alcohol Service and Food Handler certifications.
  • Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
  • Flexible schedule, including Weekday Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Friendly demeanor, able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest interaction.
  • Energetic and empowered work environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant.
  • County Specific Food Handlers Certification, State specific alcohol certification, and/or TIPs certification required.
