Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
  • Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Maintain confidential information and documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on emergent and urgent health issues, using tools, data, and personal conversations to understand community needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $98,000.00-$172,000.00, plus additional compensation through annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
