Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at First Watch. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Manage tables efficiently, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
