About the Role

Boulder Community Health is seeking a skilled OB Tech Internal Traveler to join our team. As an OB Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and prioritize indirect care activities.
  • Perform aseptic and sterile technique procedures with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collect data and provide care to patients under the supervision of an RN.
  • May be required to perform point-of-care testing and serve as a trainer.
  • Clean, restock, and set up patient rooms, PACU, or O.R. with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper charging of supplies and equipment, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Demonstrate compliance with department, division, and hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Valid surgical technologist certification from the state of Colorado.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Certified Surgical Tech or Registered Surgical Assistant required.
  • L&D experience required.
  • Minimum one year as an OBT or surgical tech.
