Physician Empire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced physician to serve as the Director of its Family Medicine Residency Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the operations and academic training requirements of the program.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the quality of the didactic and educational environment to ensure residents receive comprehensive training.
- Evaluate and develop faculty and the associate program director to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality training.
- Evaluate and develop residents to ensure they meet the program's academic and clinical requirements.
- Ensure the program meets all requirements from the regulatory body (ACGME).
- Participate in scholarly activity to contribute to the advancement of family medicine.
- Supervise residents in the residency clinic and provide direct patient care.
**Program Details**
Our three-year Family Medicine Residency Program is a premier training program in the region, with a strong focus on providing residents with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited program and three years of clinical experience in Family Medicine.
