  • Cross-sell products to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory and ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Assist in the kitchen with machinery, cutlery, cleaning, and disinfecting
  • Help manufacture and separate products, working with various animal meats, bones, and organs
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Stay informed about new products and services
  • Assist with online promotions and marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Associate
  • Experience with inventory management and customer service software
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Comfortable working with RAW meats, organs, and bones
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • High school diploma
