Position Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Healthcare Recruitment Specialists.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with medical professionals seeking physician or advanced practice roles.

Your responsibilities will include identifying new candidates, evaluating and aligning candidates with available positions, and providing continuous support to our professionals throughout their recruitment journey.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential candidates through various channels such as cold calling, online postings, job boards, and networking events.
2. Review resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
3. Facilitate communication and provide feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Address inquiries and concerns from candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Build relationships to understand candidates' skills, needs, and personalities.
6. Conduct interviews and match candidates with suitable roles.
7. Negotiate terms of placement and assignments.
8. Ensure a seamless transition from acceptance of the offer to onboarding.
9. Meet weekly performance targets.

Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including various roles and their qualifications.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple openings.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structures in healthcare.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized and efficient.

Education and Experience:
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in the industry.
- Preferred: Experience in sales.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Regularly required to communicate verbally and listen effectively.
