Job Summary

Challenge Unlimited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, glass, and mirrors, as well as stall walls and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Empty trash and recyclable cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as needed.
  • Dust and clean office areas, desks, and furniture, as well as clean windowsills and windows.
  • Clean break rooms and other areas as applicable to the contract.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to teamwork by training and helping co-workers.
  • Perform duties with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Pass criminal background checks and various state/federal registry checks.
