Job Summary

NanIQ Global Logistics LLC is seeking a Technical Assistance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal staff and ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  3. Perform basic server administration tasks such as user account creation and permissions management.
  4. Assist in maintaining data backups and ensuring business continuity through recovery solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transportation environment, with proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365, and network technologies. A strong understanding of cybersecurity measures and data protection regulations is also essential.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role is required, with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. We offer a competitive salary range of $28-$32 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
