We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic New Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting, with a proven ability to deliver high-performance analog solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Circuit Design: Design, develop, and optimize analog circuits, including amplifiers, filters, power supplies, and other analog components.
- Simulation and Modeling: Utilize simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Cadence) to model and predict circuit behavior under various conditions.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and validate designs to ensure they meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in analog circuits, providing solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Documentation: Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, layout guidelines, and test plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital engineers, PCB designers, and software developers to integrate analog components into larger systems.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their technical needs, provide support, and ensure our solutions meet their specific requirements.
- Innovation: Stay current with advancements in analog technology and incorporate new techniques and components into designs.
- Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering environment.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in analog circuit design and development.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in power design tools such as SPICE, LTspice, Cadence, or similar.
- Expertise: Expertise in component selection for power circuits.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of power efficiency optimization techniques.
- Skills: Strong understanding of analog circuit principles and components, experience with PCB layout and design, strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the design of low-noise, high-speed, and/or high-precision analog circuits, familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements, proven track record of successful product development from concept to production.
