Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Inspection: Examine customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, including drivability issues.
  • Repair Estimation: Estimate the cost of repairs and communicate with customers to ensure transparency.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, including air conditioning repairs, using shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Documentation: Document services performed and request necessary parts in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Follow safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, and AC equipment.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and a motivation to learn and succeed.
  • Certifications: Preferred certification in UTI, NASCAR, or ASE.
