Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Custom Applicator to join our team at Executive Recruiting Consultants. As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for applying fertilizer and crop protection products using our company's equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply fertilizer and crop protection products using company equipment.
  • Record and maintain application data and log books.
  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain location equipment as needed.
  • Assist with inventory control and warehouse duties.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in an Ag-related field or farming background. A clean driving record and Class A CDL or ability to obtain are also required. Previous experience in spraying, mixing chemicals, and operating large farm equipment is a plus.

What We Offer:
