Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

At AB Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high schools in Washington. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to help them improve their communication and learning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
  • Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
  • Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist Certification.
  • Washington State Educational Staff Associate Certification (ESA).
  • NPI number with HealthCare Authority (can be pending).
  • BLS/CPR Certification.
