Job Description

This position is for a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the Global Supply Chain function. In this role, the candidate will integrate information from multiple financial systems to provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly estimates to complete updates
  • Participate in sales forecasts and monthly analysis of actuals
  • Support Global Supply Chain in all financial aspects
  • Perform detailed analysis of part movement and financials when required
  • Assist Control Account Managers (CAM) on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) programs

For a level 3, we typically require 6 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.

Basic Qualifications
  • Prior Material Cost Management experience
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with baselining and CEAC process
  • Understanding of Bill of Materials
Desired Skills
  • Experience supporting programs with Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies with full DFAR
  • Experience with EFS
  • Superior Excel experience
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization, and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision-making
  • Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions
  • Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements
  • Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations, as required

Appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
