The Breakfast Host role at Snooze is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.

About the Job

• Salary: $18.29 - $20.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is recommended but not required
• Work Schedule: Morning shifts (typically 5-9 hours) with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming Guests: Greet each guest as they enter the restaurant and thank them when they leave
• Managing the Waitlist: Effectively manage the waitlist using our iPad system and keep guests informed of their estimated wait time
• Coffee Station Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station area
• Responding to Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with servers to ensure seamless service

Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: Earn $18.29 - $20.00 per hour plus an allowance of $15 per shift to treat yourself to breakfast and café drinks
