Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will provide personalized support to a consistent group of residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with activities of daily living, attend to individual care needs, and build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Attend to individual care needs, including medication management and wound care.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community and connection.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
