As a Unit Manager, you will:
1. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to plan, develop, and implement nursing operations in compliance with current regulations.
2. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures that guide the nursing department's daily activities.
3. Address and resolve issues related to resident care, including family concerns, ensuring a high standard of service.
4. Conduct administrative tasks such as completing medical documentation, evaluations, and charting, while making informed nursing diagnoses.
