Job Title: Investment Executive

Fifth Third Bank, National Association is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Executive to join our team in Countryside, Illinois.

Job Summary:

The Investment Executive will be responsible for leading a team of licensed retail bankers, coaching and training them to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior brokerage industry experience, a strong understanding of securities products, and excellent sales and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of licensed retail bankers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge of securities products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior brokerage industry experience.
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses.
  • Variable Annuity license.
  • Strong understanding of securities products and excellent sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
