About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Apria Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing patient care and management services.

Job Summary

This role involves assisting patients with clinical needs and ensuring they receive the best possible care. You will work closely with patients and their caregivers to provide instruction on equipment usage and respiratory care procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine patient follow-up contacts based on individual needs
  • Provide instruction to patients and/or caregivers on proper equipment use and respiratory care procedures
  • Ensure accurate data entry on monitoring websites for certain respiratory equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance per Apria policy
  • A current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers)
  • Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Respiratory Therapist is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic printing/faxing/scanning capabilities are essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
