Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Merchandise Team Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #3237. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend merchandise to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-presented.
  • Assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
