The responsibilities of the Licensed Physical Therapy Specialist are diverse and often necessitate the interpretation and independent assessment of suitable treatment options. This role involves reviewing patients' medical histories, assessing their physical capabilities, evaluating their responsiveness to therapy, and formulating individualized treatment strategies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (candidates with grandfathered licensure prior to the master's requirement will be considered)
  • Active license to practice physical therapy; adherence to licensure requirements, including 24 hours of continuing education
  • Current CPR certification
  • This position involves direct patient interaction and is part of the Tuberculosis (TB) screening initiative. Selected candidates will be required to undergo TB screening.
  • This role is included in the Driver Safety program, necessitating a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum coverage of 100,000/300,000/100,000
  • ACHA Level II Clearance
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience as a physical therapist
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Awareness of cultural diversity and commitment to providing services to a varied population
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Experience in home health settings
  • Familiarity with Wellsky/Kinnser software
  • Bilingual capabilities

Compensation Range

The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including demonstrated skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. $84,600 - $116,300 annually
