Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to our nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage our nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care physician's office.
- Certifications: AHA CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Leadership Experience: Previous lead or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
