Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical device industry is essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in research and development, product management, or project management is necessary.
  • Proficiency in CAD design at an expert level is required.
  • A comprehensive understanding of advanced manufacturing techniques, automation, medical science, and risk management is crucial.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with R&D teams, New Product Introduction (NPI), and business partners is expected.

Physical Requirements:

The majority of work will be conducted in a standard office environment, which includes general office conditions. The role requires sitting for extended periods and utilizing close visual acuity for tasks involving computers and equipment. Frequent standing, walking, and communication are necessary. The candidate must be capable of performing essential job functions, subject to reasonable accommodations as required by the ADA.
