Clinical Practicum Trainee

Tarzana Treatment Centers, a non-profit organization providing behavioral healthcare services, seeks a dedicated Clinical Practicum Trainee to join our team. This role offers valuable experience in delivering mental health services and working with individuals, couples, and families.

We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where our trainees can develop essential skills and knowledge. As a Clinical Practicum Trainee, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality mental health services, including psychological assessments, individual, couple/family, or group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and attending clinical supervision sessions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of training hours and obtaining supervisor signatures as required.
• Participating in weekly group supervision meetings and individual supervision sessions as scheduled.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in a graduate program in Psychology, Counseling, or Behavioral Sciences.
• Prior experience in providing substance abuse and/or mental health services is preferred but not mandatory.
