Job Summary

You will work in teams to assemble parts using blueprints, tape measures, and both hand and power tools. This role involves a mix of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electrical issues on control panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts using blueprints and tape measures
  • Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
  • Wiring and soldering electrical components
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues on control panels

Work Environment:

The team works between 4:30-6am and up to 12 hours per day, averaging 45-55 hours a week. The goal is to transition to a standard 40-hour work week. Normal 1st shift hours are 6am-4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime on Friday. The facility is fairly clean for manufacturing, with 75 shop employees. Steel toes, pants, short sleeve shirts, and eye protection are required.
